I noticed through my tr number that the package was loaded on a truck for delivery, then checked it again and it said delivery exception, that the address was incorrect, so I called ***** to see what the problem was and they said that the address got accidentally torn off and that the shipper would have to contact them to correct the problem, so I called Bigbadtoystore to have them call them and was told by an agent that ***** would call them, So I waited until the next day and checked the tracking information again and the package still hasn't moved, so I called ***** and got lied to by an agent, whom I gave my correct address to, he acted like he made the changes, but when I checked my tracking number the next day it was still the same, if had moved, so I called Bigbadtoystore back and pleaded with them to call ***** the correct my address so I could receive my item (note: 12 days had already past) and was lied to by the agent, who said that they called ***** to make the corrections but when I called ***** they said no one contacted them, so I called Bigbadtoystore back and that's when the agent decided to call them, because when I called ***** they said that they talked to them and got it correct, so I checked my tracking everyday afterwards for 4 days and the package still hasn't moved, information is still the same, so I called Bigbadtoystore and ask for a refund because it was taking too long to come and I believed that ***** had lost it and was stalling, they told that when ***** has to send the package back to them in order for me to get my money refunded, so I called ***** back the next morning and talked to a supervisor and asked to send the package back to Bigbadtoystore so I can get refunded my money she told me that the package had been put on a trailer to be sorted out either Sunday or Monday and gave me a confirmation number to give to Bigbadtoystore to get my refund, I called them and the agent wouldn't accept it and got rude and tried to over talk me, so I over talked her and basically had to force it on her, I waited a few days and called back and talked to another agent for Bigbadtoystore and got lied to again, I explained everything that was going on with my item and he told me that he would do anything to resolve this issue and that he would call me back in 20 minutes, 2 hours went by with no phone call, so I called them back only to be greet by the agent that I talked to days before and she told me the same thing again, that when ***** sends it back they will give me a refund. I don't feel that I should suffer for other people's mistakes, I have dealt with Bigbadtoystore for 3 years but after this I won't anymore, I just want my money back so I can order this from someone else,I feel they care more about money than customer satisfaction.
